New Running Shoes

In honor of starting a new year and a training for a new race, I bought a new pair of running shoes yesterday. I'm back to Brooks, this time the Ghost. Something has been going on with my feet in the past year, and I had really bad luck with my last pair of shoes, so I'm hoping these will work out. My old Mizuno Wave Riders just can't take any more miles! I ran a couple miles in the new kicks today and they felt great, but we'll see how I feel tomorrow and on subsequent runs.
